The Lead Generation Manager is a pivotal role blending individual contribution with comprehensive team management responsibilities. You'll lead our outbound prospecting strategy, directly managing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and oversee the execution of campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. This role demands a proactive leader adept at hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members, while also being accountable for personal and team goals. Our Lead Generation Manager needs to love diving deep into analytics to understand the “why” behind results. What You'll Do:

Individual Contributor & Strategy Leader: You’re a big thinker who can craft cutting-edge lead generation strategies. We want you to be hands-on with campaign planning and sales copy development, particularly via email and LinkedIn, to target and engage prospects effectively. Team Management: You know how to motivate a team towards success and put an emphasis on continuous improvement. You’ll directly manage, inspire, and lead a team of BDRs to exceed our SQL goals. Hiring & Onboarding: You know how to read people in the hiring process and know how to select top talent. We want you to develop and implement onboarding and training programs that rapidly integrate new hires into the team and culture. Training & Coaching: You understand the importance of training and will provide ongoing coaching to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. You’ll address performance gaps and motivate the team towards achieving and exceeding the goals placed in front of them. Execute Campaigns: Direct the execution of prospecting campaigns across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn, utilizing best practices to maximize engagement and conversion rates. When things don’t go as planned, you can quickly assess why, and course correct without being told to do so. Analyze & Drive Goals: You can sometimes be a numbers nerd, knowing how to leverage CRM and analytics tools to measure campaign results, analyze performance data, and make informed decisions to steer strategies towards achieving and surpassing goals. Project Management & Process Development: You know how to set-up a team for success by develop or improving processes that push your team towards the goal. When needed, you’re able to develop and manage projects aimed at launching new initiatives. You’re adept at working collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 year’s experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record in email, cold calling, and LinkedIn campaigns, including 2+ years in a lead generation leadership role. Strong project management skills, with experience launching and managing initiatives that improve efficiency and performance. Expertise in CRM and analytics tools, with a data-driven mindset for setting goals, measuring performance, and driving continuous improvement. Demonstrated management capabilities, with experience hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching a high-performing team. Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages and fostering strong internal and external relationships. Demonstrated ability to complete complex projects on time. Must have an appetite to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly and independently. Ideal candidates will be excited by the startup environment. Novel Capital is an equal opportunity employer.
