About the Role

The Contract Labor Operations Business Controls Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing the analysis of labor operations within VSEI. This position holds significant responsibility for overseeing the collection and analysis of data, as well as the management of billing details for partnering vendors, including handling escalations when necessary.

What You will Do
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing regular communication with vendors to review discrepancies in data and align on best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Accountable for capturing data and effectively managing billing information from vendors, ensuring timely and accurately.
  • Capability to develop and maintain data models, analyze, and supervise accuracy of vendor invoicing data.
  • Utilize various tools and resources, including HR systems, timecards, and invoicing data, to detect and investigate discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain data integrity.
  • Oversee the escalation process, collaborating with stakeholder teams such as Labor Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, and VSEl Executive Staff to address and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively.
  • Organize and manage internal reviews with stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, accurate metrics, and recommendations for process improvement approaches to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What you Bring
  • 5-7 years Accounting, Audit background with specific expertise in contract labor management and business controls.
  • Advanced Excel including pivot data, analytics, database models required. Tableau experience required.
  • SAP experience required. SQL with Data Warehouse Management Experience Preferred. Workday experience helpful.
  • Experience working with Contract labor Vendors in a service technician environment preferred.
  • IT industry experience helpful but not required.
