This position will define the content strategy for all stakeholders, serve as managing editor across all content initiatives, and build and manage a team of writers and content marketers to drive positive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms and formats Responsible for thorough understanding of the business and marketing plans Collects, reviews and analyzes marketing campaign and communication initiatives to determine best practices Develop and implement effective best practice content programs for products and services targeted to customers and networks for use by all relevant segments Ensures marketing content aligns with the company's broader business and brand management goals Partners with Marketing Leaders across Health, Wealth, Investment Management, Distribution and Customer Success functions to insure integrated content best practices are leveraged and the content portfolio results are measured Develops a functional content calendar throughout the enterprise verticals, and defining the owners in each vertical to particular persona groups Supervises writers, editors, content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in email communications, grammar, messaging, writing, and style Integration of content activities within traditional and digital marketing campaigns Conducts ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness Gathering data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results Responsible for managing content on Voya.com that supports the growth story, health and wealth business Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals Develops standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies Leverages market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics Establishing work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content Conducts periodic competitive audits Supervises the maintenance of content inventories and matrices Develops standard work and processes including requesting, developing and ongoing management of marketing communications Collaborates with content development and marketing teams (distribution, customer success, field and marketing enablement, health solutions and wealth solutions)to support and foster an approach that support business and growth office objectives Adopt, utilize and role model the Voya Management System(Workfront) as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture Manages the department's budget Other duties and projects as assigned $200K -- $250K Communications & PR, Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications Qualifications
