Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Business Associate

to join our team in providing patient care second to none. As a Business Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's day-to-day operations, facilitating communication, and assisting with various business activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Duties: Assist in the development and implementation of business plans, strategies, and initiatives Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Work closely with Insight Management on monitoring the Revenue Cycle of the different divisions and projects Coordinate and participate in meetings, trainings, and other events Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Provide general administrative support to Insight Management as needed.

Qualifications:

Able to provide eligibility for employment for any U.S. employer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with project management tools and software a plus Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for professional advancement Demonstrates enthusiasm and drive. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Exudes respect and flexibility to impact the workplace in a positive manner. Detailed oriented, conscientious and committed to precision in work results. Ability to perform to a high level of accuracy Excellent phone and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner Friendly, empathetic & respectful Reliable in work results, timeliness & attendance Ability to relate to and work effectively with a wonderfully diverse populace Able to work under pressure and in situations that benefit from patience, tact, stamina and endurance
