We have in-licensed Ivonescimab, which is a novel, potential first-in-class investigational bispecific antibody combining the effects of immunotherapy via a blockade of PD-1 with the anti-angiogenesis effects associated with blocking VEGF into a single molecule. We plan to initiate clinical studies in the following NSCLC indications: Ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who have progressed after treatment with a third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) (“HARMONi”) Ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy in first-line metastatic squamous NSCLC patients (“HARMONi-3”) Will be require relocate to the Miami Headquarters Overview of Role: As the Director of Commercial Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial strategies and ensuring operational excellence within our pharmaceutical company. You will lead a team responsible for various aspects of commercial operations, including sales analytics, forecasting, sales force effectiveness, market access, and distribution. Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives. Conduct market analysis and assess competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks. Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for the commercial operations team. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to inform decision-making processes. Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and product lifecycle stages. Provide insights to optimize sales performance and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the productivity and efficiency of the sales force. Evaluate and optimize sales territories, compensation plans, and incentive programs. Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely market access for company products. Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies to maximize product uptake and profitability. Navigate regulatory and reimbursement challenges to achieve market access goals. Oversee distribution strategies and partnerships to ensure efficient product delivery and inventory management. Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in distribution processes. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and distributors. Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal teams to align commercial operations with overall business objectives. Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with external partners. Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. At least 7+ years of experience commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a track record of success in strategic planning and execution Experience in oncology is preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
