Position Overview:

We Make RI is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on customer relations and production setup for our print clients, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications regarding printing requirements, including obtaining and editing customer logos/images, resizing for print, and ensuring proper formatting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales/Production Manager to source items as per customer requests.
  • Develop mock-up samples of customized products using Canva or Photoshop.
  • Prepare and complete quotes and production orders.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for all client orders prior to production.
  • Assist in personalization production as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Associates degree in Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Customer service and some graphic design experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate knowledge of graphic design programs such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Part-time: 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:30-4:30, M-Th
