Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized lab and studio environment, adhering to our 3-step sanitization process for tools and equipment.
  • Client Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients with professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Service Floor Management: Monitor the service floor to ensure efficient client flow, contact clients according to our late policy, and accurately book and/or change appointments.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate with clients to drive retail sales and meet daily goals.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or beauty services.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform light cleaning tasks.
