Manage all aspects of a project including scope, budget, resources, RAID log, integrated project and change timeline, status reporting, member adoption and success metrics Maintain real time project information and updates (Microsoft Projects, Teams, etc.) Facilitate sponsor, stakeholder, core team and sprint meetings; ensure timely issue resolution, risk mitigation and decision making Support and engage business owners, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure projects are taking actions to realize success metrics Lead impacted group and risk assessments to determine level of change management needed for a project Apply the Prosci framework to create change plans leveraging change management processes and tools
