As a result of our outstanding customer service, quality, and proven model of success we are growing. We are in need of a Project Manager with 3+ years of Project Management experience and 3+ years of superintendent experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors timely and consistently for smooth
  • execution.
  • Purchase and order material for job sites that are not under the scope of the design team.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders and team members.
  • Implement quality control measures and procedures.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project activities, including daily job logs and note taking during all project related meetings.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in estimating the rough material portion of homes, including calculating costs for materials, labor, and other related expenses. As well as review and approve each bid during preconstruction.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator and Client Coordinator to manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction management processes means, and methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience as a superintendent
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
