Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all objectives align with client requirements. Your role involves managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary liaison between the client and the team. You will work to mitigate risks and ensure project success through strong leadership and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Lead project planning sessions to set timelines, define project objectives, and allocate resources.
Oversee and manage project delivery, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Coordinate team members and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and key deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to maintain project integrity and success.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and adherence to federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
PMP certification required.
At least 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably with IT projects in the federal sector.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
