We are seeking friendly, hospitality-driven professionals to join our team of servers at Olive + Oak Our servers are an important part of the team, offering warmth and hospitality, guiding guests through our menu, and helping ensure a personal and top-notch experience for each diner.

Founded in January 2016, Olive + Oak is an independently owned, three-time James Beard nominated restaurant based in Webster Groves. We moved into a beautifully renovated 20,000 sq. ft. building in June 2020.Olive + Oakserves dinner 7 nights a week with menus that change daily. Led by Executive Chef Jesse Mendica, our kitchen produces menus that adapt with the seasons and feature the best of local and imported ingredients we can source. We consider our food to be refined but approachable, and our guests come to Olive + Oak to enjoy anything from a burger and a can of Busch to a coursed meal with oysters and ribeye steaks.

We are open for dinner 7 days a week beginning at 4:00 p.m.We are first and foremost seeking a server with the personality, confidence, and maturity to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests. We are seeking applicants who enjoy engaging with the public, who possess charisma, humility, and the right amount of attitude to entertain as if they were hosting a party in their own home. Olive + Oak is fortunate to have a large local following, and our guests have grown accustomed to a level of hospitality that we will never compromise.

Naturally, we are also seeking applicants with great experience, who take pride in their ability to host a special evening. We are also seeking candidates who possess exceptional knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, and who are engaged with the trends in our industry. Our most successful servers are curious and eager learners, and we pride ourselves on fostering an environment that encourages professional growth

We are preferably seeking full-time servewrs capable of working 4 shifts per week. Weekend availability is strongly preferred. Typical shifts at Olive + Oak will begin between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m., and will end between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
