Our servers play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, providing guests with a warm and inviting atmosphere, guiding them through our diverse menu, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Established in January 2016, Olive + Oak is a distinguished, independently owned restaurant recognized by the James Beard Foundation, located in Webster Groves. We operate in a beautifully renovated space and offer dinner service every evening with a menu that evolves daily. Under the leadership of Executive Chef Jesse Mendica, our culinary team crafts seasonal menus that highlight the finest local and imported ingredients. Our offerings range from casual fare to exquisite multi-course meals.

We are primarily looking for servers who possess the personality, confidence, and maturity to deliver outstanding hospitality. Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with guests, demonstrating charisma, humility, and the right balance of enthusiasm to create an inviting dining experience. Our establishment has cultivated a loyal local clientele, and we are committed to maintaining a high standard of service.

Additionally, we seek applicants with substantial experience who take pride in creating memorable dining experiences. Candidates should have a strong understanding of food, wine, and spirits, and stay informed about industry trends. Our most successful servers are those who are curious and eager to learn, and we strive to provide an environment that supports professional development.

We prefer to hire full-time servers who can commit to working four shifts per week, with a strong preference for weekend availability. Typical shifts will commence between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and conclude between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
