Job Summary

Mandatory Skills:
* Requires 8 - 10 years TDM experience.
* Healthcare domain knowledge required with Claims processing, membership
* Experience in automation using Excel Macros and similar tools
* Competent in TDM functions like data masking, data provisioning, sub setting, profiling, data mining, data handling, data management and synthetic data creation, APIs, Macros
* Responsible for establishing and managing quality control and security protocols for test data
* Leverages technology to develop, redesign and implement optimal technology solutions
* Builds, leverages, and maintains effective alliances across technical and business community
* Represent TDM team in program planning calls
* Mentor teams to prepare data strategy
* Tools: Genrocket, Delphix and RedGate Data Generator/ Masker on masking is preferable
* Collaborates with subject matter experts and data stewards to identify PII definitions, data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
* Identifies sensitive data elements and applies classifications per guidelines and policy definitions.
* Responsible for the implementation and defining data masking rules and implementation procedures.
* Creates new/updated data masking algorithms based on client requirements
Maintains referential integrity and relationships of the masked data.
* Working knowledge of Test Data Management tools to create and mine test data
* Highly refined communication skills including ability to negotiate, build consensus, clearly articulate to technical and non-technical audiences, communicate difficult messages in a professional and productive manner, excellent presentation and facilitation competence
* Working knowledge of SDLC processes, including strategizing and leading ideations, building consensus with many internal partners for delivery of new software solutions
* Ability to build trust and strategic partnerships with assigned business area contacts, project teams and leadership to facilitate two-way communication
* Healthcare domain knowledge required with Claims processing, membership
Preferred skills
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years Information Technology experience
* Experience and SME of software development expertise spanning across several technical disciplines, capabilities, services, technologies, domains, or systems or equivalent experience working directly with software development teams
* Possess analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems
* Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
* TDM CICD experience.

Qualifications:

BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
