We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at , a 137 unit apartment community in Cincinnati, OH.

****In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included if hired by 2/28/22 ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment)****

****This role is also eligible for a $1,000 bonus minus taxes upon submitting proof of COVID-19 vaccination****

**Position Summary:**

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for covering all administrative duties of the property, as well as coordinating weekly activities for the residents.

**Responsibilities:**

* Implement fun activities for residents

* Answer phones and welcome on-site visitors

* Enter and close work orders

* Enter purchase orders

* Complete unit inspections

* Work with contractors and vendors

* Perform general administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

* 3 years of general administrative experience preferred

* Excellent customer service and organizational skills

* MS Office and Yardi software experience preferred

* Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

* Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing
