STRUCTURAL ENGINEER ($80K to $110K)

Join a growing and dynamic engineering team with over two decades of experience delivering top-notch solutions across the Southeast and beyond. They specialize in Foundation and Structural Design, Site Development, Water and Sewer Systems, Stormwater Management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze modular buildings, ensuring they meet all required building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Utilize STAAD and other structural analysis software to perform complex calculations and simulations
  • Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction is carried out according to the design
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Nice to have, but not necessary - A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, familiar with building permitting, and building codes
  • Proficiency in STAAD and/or other structural analysis software
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
