* * Bachelors degree required in business, management, or related field from a regionally accredited institution; Masters or higher preferred. At leastminimum of three (3) years successful experience in human resource support, personnel functions, or administration. Demonstrated management, problem solving, administrative, analytical, communication (oral/written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of data privacy policies, compliance issues, and employment law. Ability to stay current with federal, state, local, and tribal laws and regulations. Ability to work harmoniously and collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, administrators and other constituencies. Position requires a high level of confidentiality. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBLITIES : * * Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and assist with selection process. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act. Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals. Prepare and maintain employment records. Provide current and prospective employees with the Employee Handbook (1. Mission, Vision, and Key Values 2. College History 3. Accreditation 4. Organizational Chart 5. Policy and Procedures Manual 6. Emergency Procedures 7. Benefits 8. Standard forms) and a copy of their job description. Provide Orientation and review of the Employee Handbook for new employees. Provide all the forms necessary for employees to complete (w-4, I-9, Personnel Change Form, Employee Profile, Confidentiality Agreement Form, if needed the ND Exemption form) and make the necessary copies for the Business Office. Maintain and process all Benefits. Continually trying to provide good benefits while trying to save costs. Maintain the Personnel Policies and disseminate revisions to employees as needed. Submit monthly reports to the President along with an Employee Profile. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection. Screen and refer applicants to interview committee, making recommendations when appropriate. Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary. Establish and maintain relationships with Program Directors and Administration to stay curre
