Job DescriptionPosition summary
Precision Castparts Corp.'s Development Programs are Powering the Future by taking the emergent talent through a high velocity two year rotational program complete with learning experiences and opportunities to expose members to the critical aspects of PCC's business in a multitude of manufacturing environments so they can effectively influence the future direction of the Company. This program is specifically designed for recent and/or graduating seniors and is in various locations around the U.S. and starts January 2025.

Program Design
- First year members will be placed at one of our PCC facilities learning the foundations of our Network/Application infrastructure, ERP implementations and supervision.
- Second year members will be placed at another PCC location continuing to build on the foundations learned in year one
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or related field with a degree concentration in networking, programming, security or database administration
- Prior co-op or internship experience in manufacturing preferred
- Club, organization or activity involvement in a leadership capacity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident*
- Must be willing to relocate (program roles located in various US locations only)
- The program allows members to preference regions.

Full Relocation is authorized for this position.
For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $74,900 to $74,900 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours of paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participant in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan. This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency. The U.S. export control regulations define a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), and certain categories of Asylees and Refugees.-
