The Manager Marketing Analytics is responsible for analyzing relevant marketing performance data, building and maintaining marketing KPI dashboards, and identifying key trends and insights that can be used to continuously improve marketing and sales effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions

Use Power BI or another professional statistics toolset to aggregate relevant marketing and sales performance data and compile statistical analyses of business performance. Use data visualization and presentation tools to prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and infographics to help sales and marketing leaders as well as sales counselors understand current state of sales and marketing efforts as well as best practices based on in-market results. Use statistical data to identify relevant insights related to improving the performance of marketing campaigns and/or marketing ROI. Maintain departmental access to third party data sources including NIC, Senior Housing News, Senior ROI, etc. Manage day-to-day vendor relationships including Sherpa and Qualtrics. Possess a deep understanding of the communities' key business metrics and market conditions inclusive of vacancy rates by residence, CRM data, pricing opportunities and challenges, competitive threats, and the unique business challenges of each community. Partner with Regional Marketing Directors and the Director of Digital Marketing to develop strategic marketing plans for assigned communities. Provide marketing analytics subject matter expertise for strategic consultation across the company. Work with community leaders and sales teams to properly use marketing and sales data. Work closely with the Data Science team to ensure prospect and customer data records are collected and stored in a consistent, secure manner and are accessible to internal and external marketing resources as needed. Ensure that the work of key vendors meets quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field. MBA or related graduate degree preferred. Eight to ten years of progressive marketing analytics experience. Experience in measuring the effectiveness of campaigns in driving traffic into the sales funnel using both traditional and digital initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Experience in measuring the effectiveness of campaigns in driving traffic into the sales funnel using both traditional and digital initiatives. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
