Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager at GBC Food Services, LLC will spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This position involves a mix of creative, analytical, and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently. Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc. Monitor progress and submit performance reports. Analyze market trends and competitors’ methods and adjust strategies as needed. Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts. Allocate resources and manage budgets to maximize ROI.

Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis methods. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools. Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the food services or hospitality industry.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Capability to handle the stress of meeting tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Work Environment

Office setting with frequent meetings and collaborative projects. May require travel to branch locations, events, or conferences.
