Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences. Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep dives into data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions. Strategic Growth & Optimization: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences. Execution & Performance Management: Proactively identify areas of underperformance, develop clear improvement strategies, and lead initiatives from conception through successful execution and measurement. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, independently troubleshoot complex issues, and navigate ambiguity to drive solutions without getting stuck. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and progress, and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration. Market & User Research: Cultivate a deep understanding of market trends, partner industries, and user needs through thorough research and insightful questioning to inform product development. Who You Are: 4+ years of product management experience or relevant experience in roles involving decision-making, cross-functional work, and customer-centric thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; deep experience with SQL, dashboarding, product analytics, product experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication; can clearly articulate strategy, decisions, and product outcomes to partners, stakeholders, and external clients. Experience managing trade-offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive results. High intellectual curiosity with a willingness to dive into unfamiliar domains and learn quickly.
