Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep dives into data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions.Strategic Growth & Optimization: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance user value, increase conversion, and drive revenue, while continuously optimizing existing features and experiences.Execution & Performance Management: Proactively identify areas of underperformance, develop clear improvement strategies, and lead initiatives from conception through successful execution and measurement.
