Senior Manager, Product Management AI/ML Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management (PXDP55) to lead the creation and strategy of an enterprise customer data product for the Frontier Machine Learning team within the AI/ML organization. Overview In this role you will own the 0?1 strategy for an enterprise customer data product, collaborating with cross?functional teams to scope, prioritize, and build while driving adoption with internal customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about machine learning and data, empathetic toward data scientists and engineers, and comfortable conversing with engineering teams and senior leaders. Responsibilities Own strategy and execution for an enterprise customer data product that enhances customer context in high?leverage decisioning. Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and model risk officers to incorporate model outputs into consumer?facing products. Scope, prioritize, and build product features while communicating effectively with engineering and cross?functional stakeholders. Drive adoption of product insights with internal customers and measure impact on business outcomes. Qualifications Basic At least 5 years of experience in Product Management. Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with the degree obtained before the scheduled start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy into consumer?facing digital products. Experience with Machine Learning technologies. Experience building products for data scientists, machine learning engineers or model risk officers. 1 year of Fintech experience.
