Basic Qualifications Advanced degree or relevant experience in pharma/drug discovery and machine learning Expertise in science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math) Experience in software product management and delivery Experience to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change Preferred Skills Agile decision‑making and strategic action Research in any of these areas: Clinical development, Oligonucleotides, RNA Therapeutics, Medical Imaging Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills Leadership and performance management Commitment to quality and resilience Continuous learning and relationship building Compensation & Benefits The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $160,050 to $266,750. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share‑based long‑term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
