Executive Assistant UNRL is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO and COO. The ideal candidate should be: Highly organized and attentive to details Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Excellent time manager Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and prioritize the CEO and COO's calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless operations. Screen and direct phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Create and manage high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive objectives. Organize and coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, recording accurate minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through. Arrange comprehensive travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while providing detailed, accurate itineraries. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel details are confirmed and accurate. Assist with high-priority projects, monitoring progress, meeting deadlines, and ensuring successful outcomes. Oversee and ensure the timely completion of executives' tasks and deliverables, maintaining accountability and organization. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication. Enhance communication flow between departments, teams, clients, and external partners to support organizational goals. Plan and execute internal meetings, events, and office functions, ensuring smooth coordination and professional delivery. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as Executive Assistant or Senior Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software (Monday.com). Ability to anticipate and react to needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail and problem solving.
