Recovery Administration Coordinator

Overview:

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the recovery staff and manager and insure the efficient operation of the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to recovery staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency of all recovery efforts
  • Manage Special Assets Vendor Management process
  • Create and implement special projects as designed by Management focused on Recovery and Recovery workflow
  • Balance Recovery General Ledger (Loan Loss Reserve) and prepare reports for audit purposes
  • Process and Balance all Charge offs
  • Credit Bureau Reporting E-Oscar and Credit Bureau Disputes
  • Balance and report on all Clearing accounts used by Special Assets Recovery Group
  • Manage Special Assets Probate Finders
  • Provide training as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four years of book keeping/accounting related experience
  • Analytical skills
  • PC Skills
  • Experience with ledger debits and credits
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to review and revise operational workflow
  • Ability to work with little supervision

Preferred:

  • Four year degree in a business related field
  • Knowledge of collection process and operations preferred
