Recovery Administration Coordinator

Overview:
The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support to the recovery staff and manager and insure the efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to recovery staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency of all recovery efforts
- Manage Special Assets Vendor Management process
- Create and implement special projects as designed by Management focused on Recovery and Recovery workflow
- Balance Recovery General Ledger (Loan Loss Reserve) and prepare reports for audit purposes
- Process and Balance all Charge offs
- Credit Bureau Reporting E-Oscar and Credit Bureau Disputes
- Balance and report on all Clearing accounts used by Special Assets Recovery Group
- Manage Special Assets Probate Finders
- Provide training as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Four years of book keeping/accounting related experience
- Analytical skills
- PC Skills
- Experience with ledger debits and credits
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review and revise operational workflow
- Ability to work with little supervision
Preferred:
- Four year degree in a business related field
- Knowledge of collection process and operations preferred
