Database administration skills includes provisioning, database creation, database backup/recovery/restore, GG replication and High Availability features. Good understanding and preferably prior experience with Projects and code deployments, keeping track of versions and code changes. Implementation of 12c/18c/19c new features and DB patching/migration/upgrade. Good knowledge of Oracle query performance tuning. Good knowledge of oracle concepts including Data pump/RMAN/RAC/ASM/Data guard/GG/OEM etc. Good problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills should be able to communicate with client leads, development teams, systems administrators, and other related service providers. Good knowledge of shell scripting and should be able to explore automation opportunities.
