Job Details: Job Summary: Works as a liaison between planning, production, and support departments to monitor, investigate, and problem-solve work stoppage issues. Ensures all products are moving through the production process in accordance with the expected lead times and if not, perform troubleshooting and correction or escalation. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Familiarity with SAP production/MRP environments for the purpose of: Analyzing aging work orders Investigating and correcting material issues on work orders Reads and understands manufacturing bills of materials Reads and understands manufacturing work instructions Reads and understands work order routings Assists Production and support departments as required to advance products through the manufacturing processes. Supports rework/repair planning to support rejection tags Minimum Job Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain & maintain a security clearance, if needed. Two-year college degree, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree. Two (2) years experience in electronic/mechanical manufacturing. Experience with SAP is required Strong skills with Excel and other Microsoft Office products A thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods and associated documentation is required Must possess good math skills. Ability to use a personal computer. Ability to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines. Good interpersonal skills are essential to perform duties.
