**Barback & Food Runner** **| $12.00/hr +Tip Out**

**As a Cambria Bar Back and Food Runner you will be responsible for:**

* Greeting hotel Guests

* Ensuring lounge area is clean and sanitary

* Running food to lounge guests and communicating and requests or mistakes to bartenders and kitchen crew

* Performing all necessary side work, setup, and breakdown of the bar

* Assisting the bartender in the efficient running of all bar operations

* Cleaning and changing trash cans, fill and clean ice bins, stock beer, wine, juice, and other beverages

* Cleaning shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns

* Unpacking deliveries, stock bar and change beer kegs

* Cleaning and stocking bar glasses

* Restocking bar during service at request of bar staff

* Assisting bartenders with table clearing and set up

**Knowledge, Skills And Abilities**

* Able to work flexible hours andshifts

* Ability to communicate effectivelyverbally

* Team player

* Ability to multi-task
