to join their design team. The candidate should have astrong background in high frequency integrated circuit design (especially above5 GHz) using a variety of GaAs and GaN semiconductor processes including, butnot limited to: MESFET, PHEMT, mHEMT, and HBT. The candidate must be able to handleall aspects of circuit design, from specification review to simulation, layout,and prototype testing. Experience in amplifiers (low noise, drive, power), mixers,switches, phase shifters, and/or attenuators is required. This position requiressignificant independent work with minimal supervision. Green Card or US Citizenshipis required.
