- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with staffing team to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain client satisfaction through communication and client management
- Track KPI'S to better forecast what is needed and where improvement is required
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Private Duty Home Care Industry
- Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
- Ability to build relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure repeat business
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to assess and build an effective Care Plan for clients using our services
- Senior Services industry experience is a plus
Ability to commute/relocate:
