Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and word of mouth referrals
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and build strong professional relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
  • Communicate effectively with staffing team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain client satisfaction through communication and client management
  • Track KPI'S to better forecast what is needed and where improvement is required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Private Duty Home Care Industry
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients
  • Ability to build relationships with referral sources and clients to ensure repeat business
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong account management skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to assess and build an effective Care Plan for clients using our services
  • Senior Services industry experience is a plus
