Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Credit Union's marketing initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Assists in the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials. Maintains print and promotional materials inventory. Assists with researching cost-effective vendors for company-wide promotional items. Places orders for printed notices and policies, and tracks changes (Privacy Policy, Rates, Fee Schedule, Membership Agreement, various Disclosures and Agreements, etc). Coordinates with vendors for fulfillment of all orders, and internally coordinates distribution of all promotional items. Ensures all marketing materials are accurate and up to date. Assists Community Development efforts by preparing materials and promotional items needed for Community Business Partner (CBP) visits. Works with account opening platform to set up unique offer codes for various CBP groups. Assists with Community Development and special events for members. Coordinates necessary supplies for events, presentations and seminars. Communicates calendar of events and schedules coverage/volunteers. Attends events for support as applicable. Responsible for ensuring all Rate Changes are accurately communicated on all Marketing Channels. This includes the website, Access Center TVs and Phone Messaging system. Responsible for ensuring all necessary disclosures and calculators are updated when rates change. Ensures all information on our website is up to date and accurate at all times. Tracks and monitors the budget for marketing, promotional materials, and interest income items, including researching budget variances. Reviews reports and invoices for accuracy. Processes invoices and check requests in preparation for payment. Prepares monthly social media posting calendar, posts and monitors all social media content. Assist with the tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives. Maintains Marketing page on intranet. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Experience: One year to three years of related experience, preferably within a Marketing environment.

Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
