Due to our international growth, we are looking for talented: Warranty Claims Manager NA Full-time, On Site: Oklahoma, USA Inventronics is looking for an experienced Claims Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for activities that will drive customer satisfaction. you will do so by combining your technical know-how with your commercial drive to adequately help customer's claims and warranty issues. Some electronic technical knowledge is preferred. Areas of responsibility: 1) Oversight of North American warranty. 2) Liaison between the Quality Department and the Customer. 3) Works with Sales for remediation plans for customer satisfaction. 4) Resolve goodwill claims. 5) Responsible for containment activities outside of manufacturing location. 6) Voice of the customer to communicate field problems or customer complaints to encourage cross functional improvement. 7) Organizational Improvement and Support the Was on technical issues and support CSG Group capabilities and processes. 8) Set budget (in coordination with direct of QA and support staff). Estimate warranty return, shipping, personnel, etc. Qualifications: Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in the lighting sector and/or power supplies controllers sector. Experience in Warranty Customer Service. Strong interpersonal / communication skills: listening, negotiating, offering solutions Good organizational skills: manage several projects simultaneously. Commercial mind set: drive for customer satisfaction. Strong problem solving skills: analytical and result oriented. Good team player-ship: share information within the organization. Encourage feedback and collaboration, build collaborations. Actively shape change by engaging employees throughout the organization.
