Duties and Responsibilities Close revenue contracts with new customers. Effectively communicate INFI's value proposition, product vision and service capabilities to prospects. Evangelize both internally and externally in support of Sales goals and targets. Initiate and drive sales opportunities to closure as necessary, including conflict resolution. Achieve and exceed assigned ARR / revenue targets and other objectives based on business plan.

Skills and Qualifications Business - Know how INFI works; know the competition and how to position INFI. Communication - Understand and communicate complex contract requirements and develop proposals. Be proficient in understanding and communicating all products and technical information. Customer Focus - Proficient in assessing and exceeding customer needs. Decision Making and Problem Solving - Assess key decision makers' needs and deliver the appropriate sales message and offerings to meet customer needs with coaching. Initiative - Lead sales initiatives, where applicable, by developing account plans, identifying necessary resources, and leading customer interface. Create leads through networking and following up on others' efforts and anticipate problems/opportunities. Negotiating - Proficient in managing complex negotiations. Identify and address hidden agendas. Bachelor’s degree. 5 or more years successful experience in sales roles. Proven ability to develop and implement business plans and achieve required results. Knowledge of team concepts and principles; sales and marketing strategies; management of resources; analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to win in highly competitive sales situations.
