Role and Responsibilities

The Field Sales Lead Setter position is an essential member of the Field Sales Team who is responsible for contacting existing and potential Customers to schedule an appointment for onsite inspection that will be conducted by a Greenix Service Professional. Place outbound calls to our current and potential new customers Explain basic features of Pest Control services and inspections that will be performed by Service Professionals Create positive experiences for each current and potential new customer Ensure each current customer and potential new customer has a positive experience with Greenix Meet quota on volume of outbound calls and appointments

Qualifications Ability to work 8 hours per day 5 days per week in office Works independently and strong multitasker Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft experience a plus) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Education Requirements High school or GED equivalent

Preferred Skills Prior Appointment Setter experience Pest Route software experience Customer service, outbound calling or telemarketing experience

Physical Requirements:

Employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time and may be required to talk and listen to employees and/customers

Work Environment:

Employee works in an office setting
