Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Day 1 Intros of Caregivers to ClientsCalls Clients after Day 1 to ensure appropriate fit and overall satisfaction, and remedies any concernsResponsible for 30/60/90 day follow-up with client (or their family) to ensure continued satisfaction of servicesPeriodically performs reassessment of existing clients to determine if care plan needs to be adjusted due to changing conditions with the client's mental and physical stateUpdates and Maintains Client Records for all Client Services related activitiesWhen in the office, takes service inquiry calls and assists in scheduling assessments for prospective clientsWorks with the Care Manager on any client satisfaction issues through remediationPerform on-call duties as assigned by the Care ManagerOther duties as assigned. QualificationsCollege degree preferred with one year of related work experience in the Home Care Industry, or 5 years relevant work experience in the Home Care Industry. Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role.Must be willing to drive to client's homes as needed within the territory (Cumberland and Dauphin counties). May use company car for transportation.Must have excellent phone skills and follow-up skills with prospects, clients and client familiesMust have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environmentProactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership abilityProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook requiredAbility to learn other software programs quicklyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Starting Salary of $45,000Bi-weekly performance based bonus potential of up to $3,250 per year on top of base salaryCommission potentialEligible for Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance and more after 30 days2 weeks paid vacation + 8 paid company holidaysOn-Call Pay
