Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in order management and production coordination. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, process orders accurately, and act as a liaison between customers and the production team. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure all customer specifications and requirements are clearly understood and met. Manage customer accounts, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly. Coordinate with logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including order details, comments, and complaints. Monitor order progress and update customers on the status, resolving any delays or issues proactively. Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals for potential and existing clients. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in customer service or account management within a B2B manufacturing environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in order management systems and CRM software. Experience with ERP systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly production, logistics, and sales. Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving company goals. Location:
