Growing and Busy Restoration Company is currently seeking an organized, motivated and customer service focused professional to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for being the liaison between the customer, insurance companies, field staff, office personnel and project supervisors. You will be responsible for the successful coordination and completion of projects as it relates to repairing properties from flood, fire or other damages. The job will include heavy scheduling, communications and logging of all information into the systems.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • High attention to details and extremely organized
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written - email, phone, in-office
  • Excellent computer skills - accurate data entry and comfort navigating software programs
  • Good follow up skills and strong customer service capabilities
