Our culture is what sets us apart. Come check it out for yourself Responsibilities: We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer in New Hampshire. This role would manage our current public infrastructure workload with the NHDOT as well as future endeavors. The successful candidate will be responsible for both technical content and project management tasks related to public infrastructure roadway projects. Typical tasks for this position include the development of design plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates for public bidding; providing support and guidance for junior staff, client and sub-consultant management and coordination; tracking of project budgets; delegation of work tasks to supporting staff; and basic knowledge of survey data collection, land rights, and regulatory permitting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take projects from concept level to construction and have deep knowledge of all matters related to the project development cycle with stakeholders of all experience and knowledge levels. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 8+ years' experience of progressive responsibility in Civil Engineering High level of proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation Open Road Designer Project management experience required P.E. license in NH required; MA PE is desirable Familiarity with MassDOT standards and deliverables strongly preferred Familiarity with NHDOT design standards, review processes, and deliverables strongly preferred Experience directly supervising staff is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills required Ability to utilize critical thinking, judgment, and experience to define, analyze and resolve problems and issue If you are interested in becoming part of a company focused on solving our institutional and private development client's needs while also improving the public realm, let's do it together.
