We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, auditing, accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP) management, and the development of comprehensive business and financial models. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Responsibilities Budgeting: Develop, implement, and manage the annual budgeting process. Analyze financial data to forecast future financial trends and prepare budget reports. Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with organizational goals. Auditing: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Identify and mitigate financial risks through thorough examination of financial records. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP): Oversee the AR/AP process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation. Monitor and manage cash flow, including collections and disbursements. Implement and maintain efficient AR/AP processes to improve financial operations. Business Model Development: Analyze and assess current business models to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement new business models to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business model strategies. Create detailed financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of potential business decisions. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial modeling results. Experience

Accounting: 3 years (Required) QuickBooks: 3 years (Required) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with expertise in budgeting, auditing, AR/AP management, and financial modeling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, QuickBooks). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
