Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom.
Pull orders from the warehouse
Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints both in person and over the phone.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in counter sales or customer service, preferably in the Plumbing and HVAC industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale and order entry systems.
Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC products is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy items, as needed.
Previous experience operating forklift is a plus.
