salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
  • Greet and attend to patients with enthusiasm in person, over the phone, and electronically.
  • Manage patient inquiries and provide seamless care coordination.
  • Handle tasks such as scheduling, answering phones, and collecting payments.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly reception area.
  • Collaborate to optimize patient experience.
  • Document and communicate with patients and staff using EMR.
