Day to day responsibilities:

  • Operate standard office equipment such as fax machine, copy machine, computer, etc.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly and polite manner
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Responsible for conference room availability and schedules
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' professional experience as a Receptionist
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • 2+ years' professional experience in Customer Service
  • Must be well organized and able to work to meet deadlines
  • Must be detail orientated, organized, and have the ability to multi task
