Plans and coordinates integrated schedules for personnel, material and facilities utilization. Provides assistance to subordinates in meeting schedules. Responsible for assigned department budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 6 years prior manufacturing experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior manufacturing experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related manuacturing experience. Demonstrated performance in factory operations including a thorough knowledge of scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead effectively in a challenging team environment. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned organization. Willingness to be available to supervise occasional overtime work as deemed necessary by company commitment to schedule. Willingness to assist in additional job duties as assigned by Management is vital. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in implementation of a manufacturing process improvement activity is desired.
