Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio is a forward-thinking non-profit organization that promotes mental health and overall wellness. Working at Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio as an Information Coordinator is dynamic. You will directly contribute to the continuous improvement process, service delivery, and efficiency of the agency. You will be working with teams to provide reliable tools, improved work flows, and become an agency expert in collecting and interpreting information. What you’ll do

Learn our agency’s data collection system Develop expertise and train new employees to use the system Provide technical assistance to other staff to use the system Train to become a system administrator Work with staff teams to create and develop new system functions Conduct day to day monitoring, triage and problem solve system issues Run reports and work with teams to interpret and understand information Coordinate processes, procedures, and documents accordingly Learn and develop capability in data management, evaluation, and non-profit programming What you’ll need

Minimum requirement is experience in a similar role, Associate Degree or other relevant post-secondary training Bachelor Degree with demonstrated experience is preferred. Experience and ease in working with computers/software systems Must be willing to participate in continuous learning and training Must be willing to provide training and technical assistance to others Reasons why MHANKYSWOH is a great place to work
