Interim Service and Warranty Operations Coordinator - Onsite in CincinnatiTemporary Full-time (3 to 4 months)The Service and Warranty Operations Coordinator wears multiple hats and must be able to multitask, delegate work and oversee the operating organization for damages, returned goods, odd end processes, services and scheduling. This role oversees multiple processes for client project resolution to guarantee that standard procedures are followed, and errors/corrections are resolved in a timely manner. This position works to schedule the service team for different services such as product cleaning, repairs, wood repair and updates to meet client expectations. This position also ensures that the necessary assignments and tasks are completed and staying within budgeted timeframes. There is daily interaction with clients along with the installation and service teams that involves strong communication, follow-up, written and organizational skills. Detailed ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Work with the install and service staff on varying size projects.Communicate with internal/external customers, to resolve warranties and repair services.Work with service team to manage labor and project execution.Time management, organization, and project/process implementation.Work with leadership team and associates within other departments for resolution.Ensures that service/warranty orders are closed, and delivery tickets checked in daily.Quotes all specialty work.Order all services parts as needed.Schedule all network service requests.Ensure the service techs have the necessary paperwork for all jobs.Submit all warranty labor claims and general claims.Develops and maintains the service schedule.Submit Labor PO's to our subcontractors for bid work.Approve sub-contractor's invoices for payment.Submit monthly report that outlines sub-contractor daily work and bid work.Required Education and ExperienceAssociate Degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.Ability to sit or stand for continuous period.Minimum of five (5) years of installation/service management experience desired.Excellent computer skills in Microsoft products, email and typing.Experience in distribution, construction, or professional services environment.High level of problem solving, trouble shooting, and ability to multi-task.Professional and strong communication oral, written and listening skills.High level of organization.Expected Hours of WorkNormal business hours, but schedule flexibility is a must in this position.
