Provide assistance to new hires with paperwork and integrate them into the company culture.Communication and Coordination Act as a liaison between office staff and field teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Maintain a positive office environment by showcasing a positive attitude.Customer Service Lead the team to provide excellent customer service to vendors, customers, and field employees. Handle customer inquiries and provide general support to employees and customersFlexibilityBe willing to adapt and accept new responsibilities as needs arise. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, preferably within the construction or electrical industries. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in G-Suite and office management software. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
