Our client is an established Non Profit seeking a Budget Analyst to assist their team. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Hybrid schedule, 2 days onsite.
Responsibilities:
Preparations include consolidating forecasted information from teams, maintaining a partner list, and working with staff to align dockets
Monitors revenue forecasts and works with budget analysts and alliance grants managers to ensure, including overseeing pipeline input, and preparing monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports
Manages a portfolio of partner funded teams to support their budgeting and financial planning needs
Provides support to assigned teams in developing donor proposals and reports
Works with assigned teams to develop annual budgets and develop updated financial forecasts
Provides assigned teams with updated financial forecast on a monthly basis.
Meets with assigned assigned regularly to review financial forecasts and update based on information provided by the team on their plans and expected expenditures.
Prepares monthly budget-to-actual reports. Identifies and analyzes significant variances.
Reviews results and variances with assigned teams
Facilitates the monthly payroll allocation process by creating templates, reviewing aggregate personnel data for procedure updates, communicating process changes to the budget team, assisting junior analysts/analysts, managing the central cost allocation process, and assisting the senior leadership with raise projections
Monitors the need for updates to budget templates and proposes changes accordingly.
