Job Description

Under the supervision of the Associate Executive director, with latitude fro independent initiative and judgement, provide administrative and managerial support and facilitate the operational needs of the facility as they relate to the clinical and support needs on the off tours, weekends and holidays

  • Works as the Administrator on the off tours and/or weekends
  • Working directly with ADN to identify, addresses and eliminates potential issues
  • Responsible for addressing admission issues e.g. bed count, bed/room cleaning,escort, stretcher availability, in an effort to expedite patient admission to the inpatient units
Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health or a related discipline; and 2. Four (4) years of administrative experience and background at responsible management and administrative levels; or 3. An equivalent combination of training, educational background and experience in related fields and educational disciplines may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
