Senior Controller (Piscataway, NJ) - Contribute to the unit’s business development and ensure its coordination in accordance with the strategic plan. Use financial expertise to support unit's management in the business processes’ application and improvement and ensure the implementation of best management practices. Analyze operational cost performance indicators to identify cost saving initiative. Determine the costs of business activity (Corrugator and conversion activity) and our bill of material (BOM) (expenses such as raw material purchases, production supply, chemical and labor to allow a good cost of our products (corrugated box)). Analyzed production data and recorded financial information related to our production of corrugated box (design, BOM, manufacturing methods and supports services) to determine potential effects on cost and provide reports to management comparing standard and actual costs. Perform analysis of Cost of Production and reporting comparing Standard Cost, budget, Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Financial Statement, Identification the areas of improvement, analysis of Cost trend, Reconciliations of Inventory, Preparation of Budget, Maintain internal Control System Analyzed audits of cost. Contribute to strategic decision-making in regard to the plant and maintain an effective control structure to minimize the risk of errors, irregularities, and fraud related to processes. Preparation of Financial Statements using IFRS/IAS standard. Use SAP ERP system including Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Sales/Distribution (SD) modules and BPC for data recording, assembly and analysis. Req’s a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a foreign equivalent degree. 24 months of exp. in Job Offered, or as Accountant (Cost) or Manager, Cost Accounting. Req’s 24 months experience using analyzed data and recorded results in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, and services to determine potential effects on cost and provide reports to management comparing standard to actual costs. 24 months of experience with preparation of Financial Statements using IFRS/IAS standard, using SAP ERP system including FI, MM, PM and SD modules and BPC for data recording, assembly and analysis, analysis of Cost of Production and reporting comparing Standard Cost, Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Financial Statement, Identification the areas of improvement, analysis of Cost trend, Reconciliations of Inventory, Preparation of Budget, Maintain internal Control System. 24 months experience determining the Cost of Bill of Materials (BOM) including everything required for production (Raw Material, Supplies, Chemicals and Labor) 40/hrs per week, 9am-5pm.
