Duties Manage a team of 4-5 Site Coordinators that have 3-4 sites each - total of 15 programs Work alongside the Center Directors at our main location Support programs staffing and program management as needed Manage the School Age Support Team which consists of Site Coordinators, Site Directors, and School Age Support Team Address all licensing concerns at the program level and work to maintain compliance site wide Work with our Program Behavior Specialist to address child behavior and/or staff and parent concerns Support the Site Coordinators/Site Director with training, performance improvement plans, program improvement and any other needs Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualified as a Site Director and/or Center Director per NH Child Care Licensing Rules and Regulations At least 3 years of leadership experience At least 4 years of related experience Knowledge and understanding of childcare licensing rules

Nice To Haves 4+ years of leadership experience 6+ years of related experience CPR/FirstAid Certification
